Problem with your detachable towbar?
 

The towbars and necks we use are very reliable, sometimes the customer cannot attach the neck to the receptor on the vehicle. The problem arises when it was previously removed from the vehicle, the release mechanism wasn't turned far enough to 'click' in to the open position.  When this happens the neck springs back to it's 'locked' position while it's off the vehicle.

When it's in it's locked position you won't be able to attach it back on to the car.  It will first need to be put back to it's unlocked position.
